PUMPKIN MARSHMALLOW DESSERT 
20 graham crackers, crushed
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted

Mix together and put in pie pan. 1/3 c. milk

Melt above together over low heat until well blended. Add following: 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. ginger 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1/4 tsp. salt

Stir until well mixed and cool. Then add 1 cup whipped cream. Put in pie pan and serve with more cream or Cool Whip on top. May top this with toasted coconut or almonds (optional). This makes 1 pie. Double recipe for a 9 x 13 inch pan and use 1 (16 ounce) can of pumpkin.
