CHOCOLATE MARSHMALLOW DESSERT 
12 graham crackers
1/2 lb. marshmallows
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. chocolate sauce
3 egg whites
1/2 c. nuts
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. melted butter

Mash graham crackers; sprinkle half in bottom of 8 x 11 inch pan or shallow dish. Beat egg whites stiff; add marshmallows, cut fine, and nuts. Pour this mixture over crumbs. Beat egg yolks; add sugar, butter and chocolate sauce. Put this on top of egg white mixture; cover with remaining crumbs and let stand in refrigerator for several hours. Do not freeze.
