RUSSIAN CHICKEN 
1 cut up chicken or parts of your choice
1 bottle Russian dressing
1 jar Smucker's apricot preserves
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Mix and pour over chicken and marinate 2 hours. Bake in slow oven, 300 degrees, until tender. Serve sauce over rice. Serves 4 to 6. Bake in a large baking dish or 9"x13" pan.
