FISH STEAKS BAKED IN MUSTARD
SAUCE
 
4 fish steaks
1 tbsp. melted fat or oil
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. powdered dry mustard
3/4 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c. crumbs mixed with butter

Place fish in greased shallow pan. Blend fat, flour and mustard; stir in the milk. Cook, stirring until thickened. Add salt and pepper. Pour this sauce over fish and sprinkle with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
