CLAMS CASINO 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 oz. diced green pepper
1/2 oz. diced red pepper or pimento
1/2 oz. diced onion
2 to 3 drops Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 slices bacon

1. Place the butter, peppers, pimento, and onion in a mixing bowl and blend thoroughly by hand until the butter is softened and all the ingredients are incorporated.

2. Mix in the Tabasco and the Worcestershire sauces.

3. Slice the bacon in half and set it aside.

4. Spoon the butter mixture on top of the clams and place a half slice of bacon on top.

5. Bake in a moderate oven for approximately 5 to 7 minutes or until heated through and the bacon is crisp.
