MY GRAM'S DINNER-IN-A-DISH 
2 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 (28 oz.) can diced stewed tomatoes (Hunts)
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers, for topping (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Brown hamburger in skillet and drain.

Add browned beef, corn, tomatoes, celery and onions to a large casserole dish.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. If desired, add topping to casserole during last 5 minutes of baking.

Make mashed potatoes for your side dish.

My Gram Shirley's secret to her famous mashed potatoes is by adding celery salt and white pepper.
