HOT SPINACH 
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1/4 stick butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. liquid from drained cooked spinach
3 oz. Kraft Jalapeno cheese, cubed
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. celery salt
Cracker crumbs

Cook spinach and save 1/4 cup liquid. Melt butter, stir in flour, onions, and spinach juice. Cook until onions are tender. Add cheese, Worcestershire sauce and celery salt. Cook until cheese is melted. Mix in spinach, top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
