1 fryer chicken, cut up 1 c. frozen peas 2 stalks celery, diced 1 c. rice 2 c. water 1/2 tsp. salt In a loaf pan mix rice, peas, celery, salt and water. Arrange chicken pieces on top of rice mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cover pan with foil before baking. |
