1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick melted butter
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box confectioners' sugar
2 eggs

Mix first three ingredients by hand, very thick. Spread in 13"x9" greased pan. Beat last three ingredients and pour on top of batter in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
