CHRISTMAS JELLO SALAD | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. each lemon, lime, raspberry Jello 1 c. sm. marshmallows 1 1/2 c. cold water 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened 1 c. whipped cream 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained 1/2 c. mayonnaise Dissolve Jello flavors separately using 1 cup boiling water for each. Stir marshmallows into lemon gelatin; set aside. Add 3/4 cup cold water in lime gelatin. Pour lime gelatin into 13"x9"x2" glass pan. Chill this lime gelatin until set but not firm. Add 3/4 cup cold water to red Jello; set aside at room temperature. Now add softened cream cheese to lemon mixture. Beat until blended. Chill this lemon mixture until slightly thickened. Blend in mayonnaise, whipped cream and pineapple into slightly set lemon mixture. Chill again until thick. Spoon thickened lemon Jello mixture over lime Jello layer. Chill until set but not firm. Meanwhile, chill red Jello until it thickens. Pour red Jello over lime and lemon layer. Chill until firm. Can be made a day ahead. |
