RIBS 
4 lb. country style ribs
2 onions, sliced
2 lemons, sliced

SAUCE:

1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. water
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. catsup
1 tbsp. chili powder

Place ribs in roasting pan and cover with water. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Pour off water. Top ribs with onions and lemon slices. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over ribs. Roast at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, basting every 15 minutes.
