RICE-A-RONI SALAD 
2 pkg. Rice-a-Roni (fried rice with almonds)
1/2 to 1 c. diced green pepper
4 to 6 green onions, chopped
1 can large green olives (sliced, not stuffed)
2 cans water chestnuts (sliced thin)
1 med. can artichoke hearts (drained and cut up)
1 to 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Make the Rice-a-Roni the dryer way. Cool (use the refrigerator if you are in a hurry). Mix all the ingredients and sprinkle with a little paprika if desired. Chill.
