RICE A RONI SALAD 
1 box chicken Rice A Roni mix
2 sm. jars marinated artichoke hearts
12 lg. pimento stuffed olives, sliced
1/2 green pepper, chopped
3 green onions, chopped

DRESSING:

1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. curry

Cook rice according to package directions. Set aside and let cool for 1/2 hour. Drain artichoke hearts, reserving liquid. Chop the artichoke hearts, mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Add dressing and mix well (add some reserved liquid if needed). Serve warm or cold.
