CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. curry powder
2 c. cubed chicken or turkey
1 can water chestnuts
1/2 pkg. mixed vegetables, frozen
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. crushed cornflakes
1 tsp. parsley flakes

Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder in a 2 quart casserole. Stir in chicken and vegetables and water chestnuts spread mixture evenly in casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine butter, cornflakes and parsley flakes. Top casserole with mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
