CINNAMON ROLL-UPS 
1 loaf thin sliced white bread (trim crusts)
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese (softened)
1 egg yolk (beaten)
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter (melted)
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Roll each slice of bread flat with rolling pin.

Mix cream cheese, yolk and 1/4 cup sugar together. Spread each slice with mixture and roll up.

Mix together 1 cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in another bowl. Dip each roll into melted butter, then roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. To freeze, bake for 10 minutes. Freeze. Reheat at 400 degrees for 5-7 minutes.
