RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE | |
4 fresh eggs 2 c. sugar 4 tbsp. flour Pinch of salt 4 c. rhubarb, cut in sm. pieces 1 deep dish pie shell, unbaked Combine eggs, sugar, flour, and salt. Add fresh rhubarb. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for about 45 minutes at 375 degrees. |
