RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE 
1 qt. rhubarb, diced
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Unbaked frozen pie crust (formed)

Add eggs, sugar, flour and rhubarb to frozen pie crust. Bake at 375 degrees until knife comes out clean.
