EGG FOO YUNG 
Prepare 1 package fried Rice-A-Roni according to package directions; cool. Beat 6 eggs with 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt, dash of pepper. Stir in cooked Rice-A-Roni, 1 (16 oz.) can drained bean sprouts, 1/4 cup sliced green onion.

Drop mixture by 1/2 cupfuls onto greased griddle. Brown on each side.

SAUCE:

Combine 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 2 cups water; cook until thick. Serve over Egg Foo Yung.
