REMOULADE SAUCE 
1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup horseradish
1/4 cup French mustard
1/2 cup shallots, finely chopped
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1 cup oil
2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients together.

Makes 2-1/2 cups. This is a good sauce to serve with boiled shrimp for a cocktail party or on a shrimp salad.
