REMOULADE SAUCE 
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 raw egg yolk, beaten
1 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. German mustard
1/2 tsp. sugar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt and cayenne pepper to taste
1 tsp. horseradish

Mix in order indicated until well blended. Serve with salads, cold fish or seafood.
