CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. Italian spaghetti season mix
1 3/4 c. water
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 tbsp. cayenne sauce
Pepper
1 tsp. yellow mustard
1 tsp. cinnamon
Cooked spaghetti
Shredded Cheddar cheese

In large saucepan brown beef; drain. Add seasoning mix, water, tomato paste, cayenne sauce, mustard and cinnamon. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Simmer 20 minutes. Serve over spaghetti, top with cheese if desired.
