PINTO BEANS 
1 lb. pinto beans
1 tsp. granulated beef bouillon
2 tsp. butter
2 strips bacon, cooked in microwave

Clean and wash beans. Soak overnight. Rinse. Put in crock pot. Cover beans with water. Add beef bouillon and butter. Place bacon in beans and about 2 teaspoons of the drippings. Cook 3-4 hours until done.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
