1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can sauerkraut (1 lb. 11 oz.), drained
2 c. uncooked noodles (2 handfuls)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Brown meat and onion. Layer half in 7 x 11 inch baking dish. Cover with sauerkraut and top with remaining meat. Put uncooked noodles on top. Spread soup over noodles. Bake 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake 30 minutes more at 350 degrees.
