1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. cocoa powder
2 c. sugar

Boil above mixture for one minute. Remove from heat and add: 3 c. one minute oats 1/2 c. peanut butter

Stir together and drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper. Let cool and enjoy.
