RHUBARB PIE 
2 c. rhubarb (raw)
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour (level)
1 apple, grated
Butter

Toss together rhubarb, sugar, flour and apples. Put into unbaked pie crust. Add a crust on top and seal well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cook until bubbly.
