3 c. Bisquick 1 lb. bulk sausage 1 lb. shredded Cheddar or Longhorn cheese Mix ingredients well, squeeze by hand like mixing meatloaf. Shape into walnut-sized balls. Freeze by placing on cookie sheet in freezer. When frozen, place in plastic bag. When needed, bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes. |
