GREEN CHILE ENCHILADAS 
Corn tortillas
Cooked chicken
Onions
Black olives
Cheese Las Palmas green chile sauce

Line pan with corn tortillas. Add cooked chicken, onions and black olives. Add layer of cheese (Jack and cheddar or Longhorn). Add Las Palmas green chile sauce (mix 1/2 sauce and 1/2 water). Add another layer of tortillas, chicken, onion and olives. Add more sauce and more cheese on top. Bake 350 degrees about 45 minutes. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
