CHOCOLATE ORANGE MOUSSE 
1 (6 oz.) bittersweet chocolate
1/4 c. fresh orange juice
1/4 c. Kahlua

Melt in double boiler and cool. 2 egg yolks 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. heavy cream

Blend eggs, yolks, sugar and vanilla (30 seconds). Add cream and blend (a little). Add melted chocolate mixture. Blend (1 minute), scrape and blend a few seconds. Place in parfait glasses. Top with whipped cream. May be frozen.
