CURRIED CHICKEN BREASTS 
6 sm. chicken breast halves, skinned (approximately 2 lb.)
2/3 c. plain yogurt
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp. ground coriander
3 onions, thinly sliced
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. sesame seed
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. ground turmeric
2 tbsp. butter
Paprika

Place chicken in 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch baking dish. Mix yogurt, garlic, coriander, ginger, sesame seed, pepper and turmeric. Pour over chicken; turn and coat. Cover. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Saute onion in butter. Remove chicken from pan. Stir onions into yogurt mixture. Place chicken in pan on onion mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour. 230 calories per serving. Serves 6.
