2 pkgs. (roll) chocolate chip cookies
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Slice 1 package of cookies and place in bottom of ungreased 13x9 or bigger pan. Press so that it covers entire bottom. Mix cream cheese (softened), eggs, sugar and vanilla; mix well. Spread over cookies in pan.

Slice the other package of cookies and place on top of cream cheese mixture, putting them close together. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
