SWEET AND SOUR SALAD DRESSING 
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. peanut oil
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. sugar
1 head Iceberg lettuce broken into pieces
1 bunch green onions, chopped fine (tops and all)
1/4 c. sesame seeds (toasted)
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp. ginger
Chow Mein noodles

Mix vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper together and simmer until sugar is dissolved. Cool in refrigerator. Add oil. Salad: Boil chicken in water with 1 teaspoon ginger. (About 15 minutes.) Cool and cut into bite size pieces. Add lettuce, green onions, sesame seeds, and almonds together and toss well. Pour on dressing and top with chow mein noodles.
