CHRISTMAS EGGNOG 
6 c. cold milk
6 beaten eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
6 scoops vanilla or eggnog ice cream
Nutmeg for garnish

Put all ingredients together in a mixing bowl or blender. Mix until smooth. Store in refrigerator until time to serve. Pour into punch cups and sprinkle with nutmeg. Makes 12 servings.

PLEASE NOTE: When handling eggs, always use fresh eggs. Never use a "doubtful" egg, one with any odor or discoloration, avoid any egg that is cracked! Eggs should always be kept refrigerated until time of use.
