ELEGANT CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, not drained
1 c. cracker crumbs (30)
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/4 c. onion
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. American cheese, cut in sm. pieces
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. paprika

Combine all ingredients. Bake in greased casserole 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4 to 6.
