PARMESAN POTATOES (On the grill) | |
4-6 med. potatoes 1/2 lg. onion, chopped Parmesan cheese Peel, cut potatoes as for French fries. Place in heavy aluminum foil with onion and a dab of butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese. Seal ends of foil; cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour on grill. Turn halfway through the time period. |
