BUTTERSCOTCH PECAN PIE 
8 tbsp. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. hot milk
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Baked pie shell
1/2 c. ground pecans

Mix dry ingredients and add slowly to hot milk, stirring constantly. Add egg yolks and cook 5 minutes longer. Remove from heat and add butter, pecans and vanilla. Pour into pie shell.
