APPLE RAISIN SNACK CAKE 
2/3 c. Miracle Whip
1 spice cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. raisins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend Miracle Whip, cake mix and eggs at low speed with electric mixer until moistened. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Add apples and raisins. Spread into greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. rum extract
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Blend butter and extract. Gradually add sugar beating at high speed with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Spread over cake.
