EASY CREAM OF CRAB SOUP 
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 soup cans of milk
1/2 soup can of water
2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
3 tbsp. butter
1 lb. crabmeat
1 sm. onion, chopped fine

Saute onion in butter; add remaining ingredients and heat to boiling. Stir frequently.

1/2 pound of fresh shrimp cooked can be added instead of the crab for an easy cream of shrimp soup or use a combination of crab and shrimp to make a delicious soup.

This is the BEST crab soup I have ever tasted! And that is an understatement! Add the bacon (I used turkey bacon) on the top as a garnish and your guests will rave!!

I made this soup and everyone loves it and wants the recipe. I usually dice thick bacon and brown in the bottom of the pot. I remove the bacon and simmer the onions in the bacon fat. The bacon bits are great on the top of the soup.
