EASY CHOCOLATE DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. melted butter
1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

CRUST: Blend flour, nuts, melted butter. Pat in 9 x 13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

FIRST LAYER: Beat the cream cheese. Add the powdered sugar in one cup of the Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust.

SECOND LAYER: Combine pudding, milk, and vanilla. Beat well and spread over first layer.

THIRD LAYER: Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the second layer and sprinkle nuts on top. Serves 10-12.
