LEMON OR CHOCOLATE DESSERT 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
2 pkg. instant pudding (chocolate or lemon)
3 c. milk

Oven temperature 350 degrees. Baking time 10-15 minutes. Pan 13 x 9 x 2 inches.

Blend butter, flour and 1 cup nuts. Press into pan and bake. Cool. Blend 1 cup Cool Whip, the cream cheese and sugar. Spread on first layer.

Mix instant pudding with milk until well blended. Set aside until thick. Spread over second layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip and nuts. Chill.
