FRUIT COMPOTE 
1 c. water
2 c. sugar
2 cans mandarin oranges
2 lg. cans pineapple chunks
2 pkgs. frozen melon balls
2 pkgs. frozen raspberries or strawberries
3 lg. bananas

Boil water and sugar for 5 minutes. Pour over 3 tablespoons mint leaves or 1/2 teaspoon mint extract. Add juice of 1 lemon and 1 orange. Mix all ingredients together. Serve. Good during the winter!
