CORNED BEEF SALAD 
1 plain gelatin
1/4 c. cold water to soak gelatin
1 1/2 c. tomato juice, heated
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, crumbled
3 boiled eggs, chopped
3 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped sweet pickles
1 tbsp. grated or finely chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise

Dissolve gelatin in hot tomato juice. Cool. Add other ingredients. Put in mold and refrigerate. Keeps several days. 1 tablespoons Durkee's Salad Dressing may be added to mayonnaise for extra flavor.
