QUICHE 
12 slices bacon (about 1/2 lb.) crisply fried & crumbled
1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
1/3 c. finely chopped onions
2 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9 or 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion evenly over bottom of pie plate. Place remaining ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high speed 1 minute. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50-55 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Makes 6 servings. Refrigerate any leftover quiche. Ham can be substituted for bacon.
