CINNAMON WALDORF SALAD 
1 pkg. cherry gelatin
1/4 c. cinnamon candy
1 c. diced celery
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. chopped apple
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Place gelatin in mixing bowl. Add 1 cup boiling water; stir until dissolved. Combine candy and remaining 1/2 cup boiling water. Place over very low heat; stir until dissolved. Add water to make 1 cup liquid. Add to dissolved gelatin. Blend lightly. Cool until mixture is consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Fold in apples, celery and nuts. Spread evenly in 6 half-cup, cold-water-rinsed molds. Chill until firm and serve with mayonnaise. Serves 6.
