PINEAPPLE CINNAMON JELLO SALAD 
1/3 c. sm. red cinnamon candies
1/2 c. hot water
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon Jello
1 can (16 oz.) applesauce
1 c. undrained crushed pineapple
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Dissolve candies in hot water over low heat. Add Jello; stir until dissolved. Blend in remaining ingredients. Pour into dish or Jello mold. Chill until firm.
