FRESH & CREAMY POTATO SALAD 
4 c. cubed, cooked potatoes
1/2 c. celery slices
1/4 c. chopped green pepper (opt.)
2 tbsp. green onion slices
1 tsp. salt (opt.)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (light), softened
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. milk

Combine potatoes, celery and onions and mix lightly. Combine cream cheese, sour cream and milk until well blended. Add to potato mixture and mix lightly. Chill. 6 to 8 servings.
