CHICKEN PAPRIKASH 
1 (3 lb.) cut-up chicken
1/2 c. flour
Salt and pepper
4 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, peeled and sliced
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp. sweet paprika
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. dry white wine
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sour cream

Combine flour, salt, pepper; coat chicken; brown chicken in butter. Add onions, simmer. Add mushrooms, simmer. Remove chicken from pan. Add paprika, stir in chicken broth and wine. Return chicken, bring mixture to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 50 to 60 minutes.

In bowl, combine flour and sour cream. Remove chicken from pan. Stir in flour and sour cream until thick. Pour sauce over chicken. Serve with noodles.
