CHRISTMAS EVE SPAGHETTI 
1 pkg. long Red Cross spaghetti
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 lb. Jones pork sausage cut into pieces
1/2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar

Brown sausage and onion and pour off grease. Add tomatoes, cheese and seasonings. Simmer 1 1/2 hours (I use an electric frypan). Add water if it sticks. Cook spaghetti separately, drain and put in 9x12 pan sprayed with Pam. Pour sauce over and bake until heated through, about half an hour.
