CHICKEN SALAD 
4 chicken breast, boneless, skinless and cooked through
1 c green grapes
1/2 can water chestnuts, sliced
1/4 c almonds, slivered
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
salt to taste
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 t dry mustard
1/2 t curry powder

Cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces, add grapes, water chestnuts, almonds and bacon. In small bowl mix mayonnaise, salt, mustard and curry powder. Pour dressing over chicken mixture. Serve chilled.
