Brush the edge of the dough with egg wash, wrap the cheese and seal the edges. Brush the top with egg wash. Freeze until time to cool. Preheat the oven to 370 to 400 degrees. Transfer pastry wrapped cheese to a baking tray and bake until the pastry is golden brown.
