GOULASH 
1 sliced onion
1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. caraway seeds
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. vinegar
2 lbs. beef cubes
1 c. red wine

Saute onion until tender. Add caraway, marjoram, paprika, salt and vinegar. Add beef cubes and brown. Add wine. Cover and simmer on low for 2 1/2 hours. Serve over noodles.
